1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to corporate and personal information submitted to CoreFund via the Project Registration form, email, or other official contact channels on the website corefund.vn.

2. Types of Information Collected

  • Basic identifying information: full name, position, email, phone number, company name.
  • Project/Company information: business model, sector, development stage, general financial data.
  • Voluntarily shared documents: pitch deck, project introduction materials.

3. Purposes of Use

  • Receiving and responding to contact requests and project registration applications.
  • Supporting screening and evaluation according to the published intake & assessment process.
  • Improving website content and user experience.
  • Internal administration and maintenance of tracking records.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

To shorten the application screening time, CoreFund uses third-party artificial intelligence models for 3 purposes: (a) preliminary scoring of project applications according to the published investment criteria, (b) analyzing/summarizing the content of attached documents (pitch deck, business license) so that the CoreFund team can read faster, and (c) automatically translating public content (news, static pages) into languages other than Vietnamese.

Only content voluntarily provided by the enterprise/individual in the profile is sent to the AI for processing. Results from the AI are for reference only — investment cooperation decisions or profile rejections are made by the CoreFund team based on many factors beyond the AI's assessment, including direct discussions with the project owner.

If you wish to request that AI not be used to evaluate your application, please contact contact@corefund.vn.

5. Security & Storage

CoreFund applies reasonable technical and administrative measures to restrict unauthorized access to received data. Information is stored only as necessary for screening and evaluation purposes, and is shared on a need-to-know basis internally or with ecosystem partners upon consent of the relevant enterprise. CoreFund does not disclose enterprise-specific data publicly without a valid basis or explicit consent.

6. Rights of Enterprises/Individuals

Enterprises and individuals who have submitted information may contact CoreFund via email at contact@corefund.vn to discuss, request corrections, or request deletion of provided data, within the scope permitted by applicable law.

7. Policy changes

This policy may be updated from time to time to align with operational practices and legal regulations. The latest version is always posted on this page.
